Cooler Oil, and more of it, means your motor will last longer and run better. We developed this bolt-on oil cooler for factory Honda ATV racer Wayne Matlock and tested it in some of the hottest and toughest conditions around - the Baja 1000. After 2-years of testing, it's helped win races and has helped our motors continue to run strong, so we're making it available to everyone.

The 350cc's of increased oil capacity helps provided additional lubrication to your motor and helps to keep the overall temperature down. Because it's bolt-on, it's easy to install. And since it uses factory O-rings it's easy to maintain.

New Improved Fittings & Stainless Lines
We spent over a year testing various combinations of the oil cooler in race conditions and found that the rubber hose on one of our prototypes failed. So we've upgraded the lines and fittings to something significantly more durable and far more reliable. The stainless lines and more industrial fittings will provide the reliability pro racers demand and still provide the additional cooling to prolong the life of the engine.

As with all of our race items, we do a lot of R&D in real life race conditions before it ever reaches our customers. A big part of R&D is finding out what doesn't work, and making it better. If you have a performance motor on your TRX, ride or race in extreme environments or just want to prolong the life of your TRX 450 motor, you should consider installing this oil cooler.

I had it on for a while then replaced it with a jeg oil cooler, runs a little cooler but really only necessary if you have engine mods which means more hps and ends up with your engine running hotter faster. oil coolers for just a stock with aftermarket exhaust aren't a necessity.

What they don't tell you is this unit failed on a pro quad during baja which led to a DNF. Handa is already good don't install a weak link!
