Your stock Raptor 700R throttle body is a 44mm unit. We bore your stock throttle body to 46 mm, hone it to ensure smooth flow and operation, and install our custom 46mm butterfly. This will show a gain of 2-3 HP depending on tuning. Gains will be higher on a built motor. The process is simple, you send us your throttle body, we modify and send it back. Turn around time is about 1 week.

The dyno is a piped Raptor 700R with velocity filter and our fuel management unit. Top run is same bike, only change is adding the 46mm throttle body and a little re-tuning. If your computer is already setup for a pipe kit, the bike will run fine, but we recommend a re-tune. You will usually find about ½ an extra HP. Every little bit helps We can upload the proper map for our Alba computer, as well as most other after market computers. (please call for more details)
