The stock LTR450/KFX450 throttle body is 42mm. We bore it to either 44 or 46mm for better flow and performance. We recommend the 44mm for bikes that are stock or have bolt-ons, and the 46mm for built motors. Typical gains are 1.5-2.5HP depending on timing and other mods.

The stock bore of the 2008 LTR450 is 43.8mm. We will bore it to 46mm.

Note: To take advantage of this great mod, you will have to send us your stock throttle body.
